Jakarta 26 October 2023, - A major event in the field of cybersecurity, "National Cybersecurity Connect 2023" has just been successfully held in Bidakara, Jakarta. At this event, the CEO of PT SYDECO, Gema Sasmita was present and was one of the participants on the second day. The conference highlights the four pillars of digital transformation: digital infrastructure, digital economy, digital society and regulation.

In this event, Sulistyo, Deputy for Cybersecurity and Cryptography for Government and Human Development from the National Cyber ​​and Crypto Agency (BSSN), revealed that as the quality and quantity of digital transformation increases, the threat of cyber attacks also increases.

The latest data shows that there are 3,041,000 traffic anomalies, of which 3 percent have the potential to be cyber attacks. "Perpetrators of cyber attacks use APT methods which can damage victims' finances and reputation, both actively and passively," said Sulistyo at the National Cybersecurity Connect 2023 event.

Gema Sasmita, as CEO of PT SYDECO and conference participant at the event, praised this forum as a good platform for cybersecurity company leaders to discuss. "This is a good moment for all of us to evaluate, update and reflect on the development and progress of cybersecurity in Indonesia," said Gema.
