GICC 2023: China-Indonesia Executive Tech Summit Officially Opens

Ayana Midplaza Jakarta, October 19, 2023 - Sailing Global hosted the China-Indonesia Executive Tech Summit (GICC) 2023 at Ayana Midplaza Jakarta on Thursday, October 19, 2023. The event was opened by the Minister of Communications and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia, Budi Arie Setiadi, and was attended by technology executives from both countries.

One of the participants of the event was Gema Sasmita, CEO of Sydeco. Gema said that the event is highly relevant to the issue of cybersecurity.

"Cybersecurity is a very important issue for both countries. With GICC 2023, we can discuss and exchange information about the development of cybersecurity technologies," Gema said in a statement.

He also said that the forum is important to bridge communication between technology executives from both countries.

"GICC 2023 is an opportunity for us to build relationships and cooperation in the field of technology," Sasmita said.

At the event, technology executives from both countries will discuss various issues, including cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and big data. The event will run for two days, until Friday, October 20, 2023.
